Dolphins Richie Incognito under investigation

The Dolphins snap there four game loosing streak this past weekend with a big win over the Bangles in overtime.  The celebration was cuz short however when reports about Dolphins left guard Richie Incognito was virbally abusing former right tackle Johnathan Martin.  It was said that hazing was the cause of this, and that it was taken two far for second year player Martin.  Incognito used threats and racial slurs towards Martin, leaving voicemails and text messages.  As a result, the second years offensive tackle left the team for the remainder of the season. The reports released sunday and the Dolphans quickly acted by suspended Incognito indefintly.  Maybe players were asked about the events at Mondays practice.  The responces were mixed, many speaking out for incognito.  WR Mike Wallace spoke to the media, supporting Incognito, wishing he was at practice.  It seems like many players believe that this was just hazing that might have been taken a little to far.  That their is no need for punishment.  If that was the case, then why is a second year player still being hazed, why has it not stopped, and why did it not stop when it was clear that it was affecting Martin?
